The trends in the development of the modern country of suburban real estate are such that they want to purchase their own housing in areas nearby to large cities more and more free suitable places. More and more often expanded infrastructure in the form of trade, sports, entertainment and medical centers, as well as kindergartens, general educational and music schools and other studios and clubs for children’s creativity. Ideally, in the village there should be its own branches of the bank, repair of household appliances, courier service and dry cleaners and launders.
Consumer requirements have changed even on the issue of the design of public zones. Now preference is given to such complexes where the main infrastructure is located in such a way as to maintain a unique natural landscape on the territory.
