Particular coating from wooden surfaces can be removed by a mechanical, thermal or chemical method. In the mechanical method, the paint must be removed with a drill first with a nozzle in the form of a metal round brush, and then a flat nozzle, also round in shape, with stripes of sandpaper, which can be changed.
This method requires a lot of patience, takes a lot of time and at the same time forms a lot of dust and dirt, so it is necessary to use a respirator or gauze bandage. In the thermal method, the surface of the walls is treated with a special building hairdryer, or thermal pistol, which heats the surface under the influence of hot air to the desired temperature, under the influence of which the paint softens and begins to exfoliate. Many devices of this kind are also equipped with various nozzles, including scrapers, which allows you to simultaneously heat and scrape off the paint. It must be remembered that some types of colors are poorly heated, so it is easier to remove them in a mechanical or chemical way.
Chemically means the use of various chemicals that can dissolve the paint, without damaging the processed surface. These drugs are applied using a sprayer, brushes or brushes and, having kept for some time on the surface, removed with a spatula or brush. Some chemicals for removing colors are effective only on modern coloring compositions, therefore, if the surface was painted in the last century, these substances will not help, then it is better to go to the mechanical, most effective, method on any colors.
