Each domestic region will soon receive energy -efficient housing

By the end of 2012, energy -efficient dwellings will be available in absolutely each of the regions of Russia, but, to a greater extent, only single copies will be built. This information was told by Konstantin Tsitsin, who currently holds the position of Director General of the Fund, who actively promotes the reform of the housing and communal services. Konstantin Tsitsin said that by the end of this year the first samples of such dwellings can be found in absolutely each of the Russian cities. When the conversation affected the topic of the high cost of the construction of this type of dwelling, Konstantin Tsitsin expressed the hope that in the course of improving the entire construction scheme, the entire construction industry would receive a completely new direction. The cost of building an energy -efficient house will become almost comparable to the construction of a standard housing building. During the lighting, which took place in the city of Volgograd and which actively concerned the construction of the first energy-efficient dwelling for this region, Konstantin Tsitsin said that since 2013, the Housing and Communal Service Fund will be enforcement support exclusively to build energy-efficient houses. This fund is actively engaged in the domestic regions directly by the implementation of the capital repair program for houses with a large number of apartments, as well as the resettlement of housing, which is in disrepair. In order to participate in it, the region needs to concentrate on fulfilling some requirements that affect the reform of the entire industry.
