Whatever type is chosen, first it is worth conducting an analysis of the soil in the selected area. If the soil is not strong enough, then the use of a pile foundation is simply necessary. It will also be necessary to decide what depth you need to screw the piles for the strength of the building.
Any foundation, and pile is no exception, is subjected to shrinkage. Usually, when using special equipment, it is 1-3 cm.
